  • Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad with Snikiddy Croutons

    6 cups of lettuce greens (you can use your favorite)
    1 Red apple, sliced
    1 Green apple, sliced
    3/4 cup of chopped Walnuts
    1/2 cup Crumbled Feta (or goat cheese would be delicious too)
    1/3 cup dried Cranberries
    A handful or two of Sea Salt Eat Your Vegetables

    For the Dressing:
    1 cup Apple cider
    4 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar if you don’t have it)
    2 Tbsp Honey
    A pinch or two of salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 cup olive oil


    1. Put the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat and toast for about 5-10 minutes or until you start to smell them toasting.
    2. Throw all of the salad ingredients except the Eat Your Vegetables into a bowl and toss.
    3. Place all of the salad dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk together or place in a mason jar and shake. Pour over salad and toss.
    4. Top with your Sea Salt Eat Your Vegetables, right before you serve.
